How Long Does it Take to Set Up a New Account After Order?

New Accounts are set up immediately for Shared and Reseller Hosting plans after order. You will instantly receive an email containing the login details to Client Area and Control Panel. In case of VPS and Dedicated Hosting orders, it will take up to 24 working hours to set up a new account. Can I Upgrade My Hosting Plans When I Need More?

With ZynoHost, you have the freedom to upgrade your plans any time you decide. You will pay the difference amount between your current plan and your new plan. There are no extra fees involved in upgrading. To upgrade a plan, contact the sales team and they should be able to guide you.

How Can I Transfer My Existing Domain Name to You?

What is the Difference Between Client Area and cPanel?

When you order a service like hosting or domain with us, you will get access to our Client Area using which you can perform actions like managing services, paying invoices etc. Whereas, cPanel is a control panel which we provide to manage your hosting account. You will be able to upload web-contents, create email accounts, FTP accounts, Databases ect.

How Do I Log In to the cPanel?

You can access cPanel from the following link: http://example.com/cpanel (where example.com is your domain name).

Why Do I Get SSL Security Certificate Warning During cPanel Login?

When you try to connect to the cPanel it will automatically redirect to https (SSL) and you may receive a certificate warning. This is because the server’s “host name” is using a self signed certificate. This isn’t actually a security issue (as the connection is still encrypted), but browsers do complain about this mismatch. You can safely ignore the warning. The instructions to suppress this warning can be found here.
